Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use cover The Creator Blueprint, operated by Mario Prawira. By purchasing or using the course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

What you get

When you purchase The Creator Blueprint you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials. This includes:

• Five weeks of video lessons and PDF task sheets.
• Lifetime access to the materials, including future updates.
• The Akademos AI mentor prompt and four AI assistant prompts.
• Where applicable, WhatsApp access to Mario for the duration of the five-week program (Blueprint + WhatsApp tier only).

How you may use the materials

You may use the course materials for your own personal learning and content creation. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the course materials or prompts to any third party.
• Copy or reproduce the materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Claim authorship of the materials or the AI prompts.

No refund policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds. This is stated clearly before purchase. The course delivers results when students do the work every week. Because the materials are delivered immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds after payment is made.

Intellectual property

All content in The Creator Blueprint, including but not limited to video lessons, PDF task sheets, AI prompts, scripts, and the Transition Triangle method, is the intellectual property of Mario Prawira. Your purchase grants a licence to use the materials, not ownership of them.

WhatsApp access (Blueprint + WhatsApp tier)

WhatsApp access to Mario is provided for five weeks from the date of your purchase. After five weeks, access ends. This tier is a personal mentoring relationship and is subject to Mario's availability. Mario will make reasonable efforts to provide timely feedback, but specific response times are not guaranteed.

Results disclaimer

The Creator Blueprint teaches a system that has worked for Mario Prawira and many of his students. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and the time invested. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, income, or brand deal outcomes. Any examples of student results on this site are real but are not typical of all students.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mario Prawira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or its materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
