Every week, this is all you need to do
Ask him
Open the folder and say how are my ads doing. That is the only thing you type.
Read the short list
Ranked by money at stake, each one with the number that justifies it. Kill this. Put more behind that. This creative is worn out.
Go and do it
In Meta, with your own hands. He gives you the exact clicks if you ask. Takes about a minute.
He never spends your money
and he never changes your ads
He reads your account, talks it through with you, and tells you what he would do. Then he stops. You make every change yourself.
That is deliberate and it is not going to change. A tool that can move budgets on its own can lose you three hundred dollars while you are asleep, and there is no undo button on money that has already been spent.
If you have never run an ad, start here
Most people who buy him have not. Nothing about him assumes you already have campaigns running.
He builds the first one with you
What to point it at, how much to start with, how broad to go, and what the first week normally looks like so you do not turn it off on day two.
He works out your numbers with you
You do not need to arrive knowing what a customer can cost you. He gets there from your price and your margin, out loud.
He checks Meta can see the sale first
Running ads before your tracking works is the most expensive mistake a beginner makes. He will not let you skip it.
He runs one system, not opinions
He does not answer from whatever sounds sensible today. He runs a written method, and it comes as a file inside your download that you can open and read. Every rule he works from is in there.
Sales objective from day one, no warm-up campaigns. Narrow targeting until about 15 sales, because a new pixel has no buyer signal to learn from yet. Budget rises on sales, not on the calendar. Seven days with no touching after launch, which is where most people kill a campaign that was about to work.
None of it is secret and none of it is clever. He applies it to your actual numbers every week, so you do not have to remember any of it.
He will not make things up
If the data is not there, he says the data is not there. He will not estimate a return to make a report look complete, and he will not tell you an ad is fine because it has not spent much yet. He tells you it has not spent enough to judge, which is a different and more useful sentence.
He is not a guru either. He has no trick, he will not promise you a number, and when the honest answer is that it depends on your margins, that is the answer you get, followed by working out your margins with you.
He cannot fix a bad offer. If the thing you are selling is not selling, no amount of targeting saves it, and he will tell you that rather than blame your audience.
What it costs to run
Horus is yours once you buy him. The one tool he needs is not free, and I would rather you knew now.
Claude Code, from $20 a month. He runs inside it and there is no other way to run him. That goes to Anthropic, not to me.
A Facebook ad account, free. If you do not have one he opens it with you.
Realistically $20 a month, and nothing on top. He reads Meta through the connector that is already inside Claude Code, so there is no second subscription, no API key to buy, and no ads tool to sign up for.
Setting it up
Unzip your download
A five page guide and a folder called Horus are inside it.
Open the folder in Claude Code
Then type set me up. That is the whole command.
Answer his questions
He connects your ad account and writes your settings file. You never open a settings file and you never type a command.
